I am looking forward to the game, but I am really looking forward to the food as well. Here is all the naughty stuff we'll be having:

Nachos & cheese
Joe to Go (sloppy joes)
Mini hot dogs
Meatballs
Buffalo Chicken Dip and chips
Puppy Chow

I love this kind of food, but only eat it rarely, so I should probably stock up on a giant bottle o' tums.

I'll also be mixing drinks, which should be fun. I need to pick up some lemons for some homemade sweet and sour mix. Fun fun!

So....whatcha having? I may need to pay you a visit...!

For me, the fun of Super Bowl Sunday is cooking for it! I love to try new dishes (brats, nachos, pulled pork or beef, my Louisville Wings, whatever) and my DH loves to try anything I make. Alas, this year? He's leaving Sunday to go to Oregon for two days, followed by then flying to Kentucky until he comes home again around midnight on Valentine's Day. Neither one of us is amused by this.

He has to go; it's a union thing for work. But he loves eating what I make for the Super Bowl and he knew that I was going to "surprise" him with breakfast in bed for Valentine's Day morning; I always do that for him (on the weekend closest to VDay and this time, it actually falls on the weekend, so we were both excited about that).

Stupid union trips anyway. Enjoy your Super Bowl food!

BF and I are going to someone else's house so I don't know what they will have. I'm sure it will be the normal fattening stuff that tastes oh so good :-)) I'm not really interested in football but the bf is so I will go with him since he asked.

I don't care for football at all. But we are going to go a party and I haven't figured out what to take just yet.

Nothing really. Since the Vikings didn't make it, we really don't care who wins - we'll basically watch the SB for the commercials and pick out our favs.

Probably my new favorite Taco Bell item, the Fresco steak burrito.
Yes, I will be working, getting the Marines and whoever else needs to go to their Super Bowl parties, and home safely after all the fun and partying.
Most of the male drivers are football fans, so it will be the ladies out on Super Bowl Sunday. Even if we are not busy, we have a blast hanging out on the stands. We may even watch chick flicks and eat junk food between calls. Gotta love those dvd players for the car.

I don't watch football. But there is a I Love Lucy Fest on Hallmark this weekend. That's where I will be.

Fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies w/ nuts and milk.
It does not get much better than that!

Cool (on the Lucy one) - I'm sure they will play the candy factory and the vitamin demo one. Those are my all time Lucy favs. Can you send some cookies over to our house - we are currently out of cookies

I don't like football, but I usually get in the spirit of things and do the food and watch the commercials. I'd like to say we're having wings, but it will probably be left-over spaghetti from tonight. I'm so exhausted, I'm not planning on cooking tomorrow. It's going to be good spaghetti, though.
