I'm back.

Well, I've always been sort of on and off with this forum, and never really active, but this is probably the longest I've gone without posting.

So I'm back now.
I've been telling myself that I had too much going on with writing my thesis, but I guess I can spare a few minutes to come say hi. And my thesis is moving very slowly anyways...

So not much new around here. The cats are good and healthy. I'm living with my boyfriend now and it's great. The cats love him too, and as much as he wants to pretend he doesn't like the cats, he is constantly petting them and talking to them

Last summer I went on my first trip to Europe (by myself!) and that was great!

That's it. Not much else is new.

Welcome back!! Sounds like you have been busy. My hubby pretends no not like our cat, but he loves her. He lifts the blankets so she can cuddle under them and be warm. He buys her toys once in a while, he gives her extra loving when I'm gone, and he spanks her all the time!! (she loves it)

That's right!
I still have until the end of the summer (at which point my grants will run out, so I'd better be done or else I might become very poor )

Where did you travel to in Europe? I kind of went by myself. I went twice with a garden tour but didn't really know anyone in the tour group when starting out.

The thesis is going alright. Last semester I wrote a term paper that was a practice for my thesis and the prof (also my thesis supervisor) gave me an A+ on it So I now just need to expand on what I wrote.

For my trip last summer, I bought a plane ticket to London and flew back from Rome. For 3 weeks I travelled almost in straight line between England and Italy. So I saw a little bit of England, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Italy. It was great!
