I suppose it is Groundhog Day today

I never got the whole hullabaloo around this day...I don't pay much attention.

Anyhoo...heading off to work in a bit...then cardio fusion class tonight! (I am so tired though

)

Stupid groundhog *grumble* He saw his shadow....six more weeks of winter. (Yes, I know; he always sees his shadow. Darn it) It's a chilly 22 degrees and cloudy. We're to get 1-2 inches of snow tonight into tomorrow.

I'm feeling pooped, too, this morning and did not want to get out of bed. It was so warm and cosy and the cats were clumped all around me. Ms. Pepe was lying on my head....lately, she's got this thing about sleeping on my head and I don't know why.

Not too much going on today. Homework tonight; hopefully I can get it finished with a minimum of trouble. Have a quiz, too.

You are right, it is groundhog day..... hmmmm, forgot about that.

Today I need to finish making some lists of things I need to get done within the next 7 days.

I got a fair amount done on the weekend, and finished the rest yesterday. Still lots more to do, I just need to get organised.

I miss my walks, I miss CAMPING, I just miss the heat! Blah!

I'm with Bill Murray on this one. I think Spring is going to come around March 20th regardless of what the giant rat says.

Nothing exciting for me today. I'm going to be doing some edits on my paper from home. I need to run out to the store for a few things, too. Other than that, I might read a book for a bit.

Heading up to the vets in about 10 minutes with 2 more cats for their annual exam. I've had the carriers out in the open for a week now and am walking around as if nothing is going to happen. I actually think I can trick Oscar this morning and get him into a carrier. The little bugger always knows when I've got intentions to bring him to the vet and he hides under the bed every year for about 2 weeks.

This afternoon is a job fair. I do want to find a part time job to keep me busy. 4 weeks into "retirement" and I'm bored. Perhaps its the winter time cabin fever.

Morning. Busy day today with random household chores, BF and I are going on a cheap Vegas trip tomorrow til Saturday for his birthday which is Thursday! So tonight at some point we'll have to pass along some house keys to our friends who are catsitting.

Oh yeah Happy Groundhog Day. Winter, blah, it rains a bit and sometimes we even have to put the heat on!!
