Found this precious picture of my Patches that passed away 6 years ago today. I adopted her while at the vet with my cat and a man brought her in to have her put to sleep. She wasn't sick or dying. She was just too "hyper" for him!!! Now does she look like she's hyper?

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

;/ What's wrong with people? Why are cats generally thought to be so expendable while most people would consider a dog owner to be a murderer if they even thought of that?
Thanks for adopting Patches! She doesn't look hyper at all to me, and even if she was, that's just more fun! Give a hyper cat a couple cat trees and plenty of toys to play with and it'll be fine.

What a beautiful girl. She was, indeed, lucky to have you as her forever home. I bet she's playing happily on the other side as we speak.

WoW... Some people!! What if someone told him he had to put his kid to sleep because the kid was too hyper in school for them to handle!!! OMG
So glad you were the angel you are and saved her, no she doesn't look hyper, she looks happy and loved.
Sorry you lost her, I'm sure the hole is there even if its small after 6 years. I still miss evrery animal I ever had. Some hurt a little more then others, some I have to force myself NOT to think about because it hurts so much.
I am curious though... if a person takes an animal to the vet to be put down, and there is nothing wrong, does the vet HAVE to put it down? Or can the vet take it to the shelter or something? Hmmmmmmmmm.....
Thanks for sharing, she was beautiful.
curious... how long did you two get to be together?
Be safe.
