The little city of Bowling Green, Kentucky. There is something really oddly descriptive in the fact that "HOPE" street is a Dead End.

But it says No Outlet, not Dead End.

Look at it as: no way to let the Hope go, hope is eternal, no outlet for it, have to keep hope alive.

Someone once took a "Dead End" street sign and stuck it in the cemetery in my home town. Just your usual small town vandalism. I thought it was hilarious, at the time.

Great pic - though I like this interpretation!

In a housing development that went up not far from us a few years ago, the main street was named Wit's End.

Those are great!

We have a stop sign near my house where some vandals painted the words "Don't" and "Believing" above and below the word STOP. I'm not usually a big fan of vandalism, but putting an inspirational message on a drab stop sign earns them an attaboy in my book.

I have to wonder if it was for inspiration, or just got Journey stuck in their head.
