I hate those Humane Society commercials! They make me cry! I hope they are doing some good, and getting people interested in the plight of the animals they show, but I have to change the channel or leave the room.

i didn't even click the link because i can't watch it either...i've seen it once, and that's enough. it pains me to see how some human beings mistreat and neglect beings that love us and TRUST us to protect and care for them. worse, if we didn't make the world such a dangerous place to begin with, they wouldn't need so much protection from it!

having said that, i do think it's good to show people this reality. hopefully it moves some people into action.

I knew I shouldn't have clicked. Now you got me crying. Any animal cruelty/shelter related videos make me tear up...but anything about pits and I just lose it. It makes me so angry at their owners and so incredibly sad for them.
