One big fluffy orange mellow fellow seeking a furr-ever home! He has big hairy feet, too.

I
this boy at the shelter - was returned under stupid circumstances. He is such a doll, loves to be held, extremely mellow - he hung out with me for 2 hours today at the shelter, snoozing in his cage.

My goodness what an adorable baby.... I hope he finds his home soon. These pics sure will help that process.

He's gorgeous!!! It just kills me that someone returns animals like they're the wrong size shirt or something. This guy does, indeed, look so mellow and loving. How cute is he all curled up. He doesn't look distressed at all, and someone just threw him away after he got used to a home and people.

I'm hoping and sending that he gets adopted right away.

Gorgeous kitty. I want to put my face down in all that fluffiness and give him lots of kisses.

Why was he returned? I love the lighter orange cats, especially if they have a lot of white.

We have a big macho guy at our shelter, dark orange, polydactyl, big head, one cauliflower ear. Funny how an animal that's obviously been outside can be a cuddlebug, isn't it?

Here's his Petfinder page.

AWWW! He's absolutely GORGEOUS!

It kills me inside to know people dump perfectly wonderful cats, for some stupid reason, or even no reason at all. Not just at the shelter either.. I had a stray follow me home one night a few weeks ago. She had clearly been abandoned or something, because she was extremely skinny and very, very loving. She's gaining weight up though and I can't imagine what her life was like before I rescued her from the street, or why someone would dump or abandon such a great cat.

This big boy reminds me of my Monster, with his size and fluffiness.. Monster also has a very mellow purrsonality, and lays the same way this orange baby does. He has huge huge paws that are extremely hairy.. The hair coming out from between his toes is ridiculous! I think its soooo cute!

I wish there was some way to get him from there to PA. We would take that little boy. I swear we would.

My big hunk of love is still waiting for a home. I took new pictures of him today....he slept on this big soft fleecy blanket on a counter at the shelter for 3 - 4 hours today. After we closed we kept forgetting he was loose & leaving the doors open - he still snoozed away.
He is *so* unbelievably mellow, probably an older cat. He just wants a home where he doesn't have to deal with obnoxious younger cats that he can sleep the rest of his days away.
