Gotta brag!!

We get weekly performance assessments, at work. After 3 months' probation, our raises are based on these assessments. Today, I got last week's numbers and I have the highest score on my team: 96%! Noone else got better than 91%.

If I can keep this up, its a sure thing, that I will be getting another raise, in November. I got perfect scores, for attendance, lack of tardies, efficiency and average call time. I knocked 90 seconds off of my call time average. This is because I don't have to call for help, as often any more.

Finally - a job that I like, that likes me!

wow congrats! I had getting graded at work. With my new job I'm the only employee but with my old job my boss didn't like me...very long story but it wasn't my fault

My boss has nothing to say about my scores - everything is tracked by the computer. If I did something really stupid, like cuss at a customer or fight with a coworker, they could fire me but, performance is computer-based.

ohhh that is cool then!! So as long as you do a good job you get a good score! doesn't matter if you boss is an evil butt head

The project's customer satisfaction survey numbers came in, yesterday. They were way, way up. The supervisors gave us all Bomb ice cream pops, 'cuz we're da bomb!

The company does things like this, every week. They don't just jump on you, when you do something wrong, you get a lot of positive reinforcement, when you do something right.
