Kissing Kitty

Osiris is a HUGE love bug. He just loves, loves, loves all the time, always purring, headbutting, just the sweetest thing. One "quirk" he has that I absolutely adore is I say "Kiss!" and he kisses me. He doesn't lick me, but he puts his lips RIGHT to mine, every time. He has done this for years now, and it warms my heart! He'll also come over for kisses if my boyfriend, Dana, and I kiss. Osiris almost gets jealous, will get right in the middle of us and will give me LOTS of kisses, putting his lips right to mine. Does anyone else have a kitty who does this?

you just described my flash sometimes you dont need to say kiss just pucker your lips, blaine finds it hilarious

sooty sometimes does it tends to be if me and blaine are cuddled up or we are showing Flash attention

Yes actually if I just pucker my lips and make the kissing sound he will do it as well.

My Nadette does this all the time! Mostly when it's time for bed, she comes up and lies on my chest and just rests her face right on mine. She (and I) will actually fall asleep like that!

Get this! Not only does Fiona give kisses when we ask but she makes lip smacking noises like she is giving kisses. Its the cutest thing you could ever see.

Ok, that is AWESOME!

Our Ragdolls, Charlie and Annie, will do it occassionally, but they prefer "kitty kisses": a slow, exaggerated blink of both eyes simultaneously!

Everyone thinks I'm crazy cause I say kiss and Bailey licks my lips... I usually only let her do it once or twice though for the fear of someone thinking I'm a creep.

flash is great for doing it because she will kiss anyone that asks so its not that she just assiciates it with my voice

Mine don't give kisses on the lips but they will give my hands a quick little "love lick" once in a while. It's very sweet.

Ah... Jakie gives kisses... sometimes if I pucker and make lipsmacky noises he will lick my lips. I am glad however that I am now working on their dental care b/c his 'butt breath' is much better!

Bella will put her face right in my face and will let me give her a quick kiss on her mouth.

If I put my face up close to Swanie and say Kiss? Kiss? He will put his nose on my nose. I love it.

my boys don't give kisses like that, although they are very cuddley. The most I get is from Wiggies who will butt his head into my lips when I'm giving him kisses.

My 12 year old Baby Kitty, he is big and I think a little bi-polar LOL
Anyway, this happens many many times a day and at night. I am disabled and live right here in the living room on my hospital bed. We really like it. He comes up EVERY time I lay down! He snugggles up to me. He has been declawed. He will stare deep deep in my eyes, he will hold his mouth on mine for a very long time and we even move our heads a little like we are actually making out! I looove when he pets me all over my face. I have had sweet lovy kittties but none like Baby Ktty! It is wild when he stares deep in my eyes, he knows stuff but he aint talkin! LOL
