There are various sites where you can upload pictures from your computer. I use photobucket.com and it must be easy to use because I'm a complete computer illiterate.
You can set up a free account on photobucket and upload your pictures. I think they have to be JPEG format. Then you click on the IMG code under the picture you want to post and paste it into the message window. I always do the "Preview Post" just to make sure I got it right, then "Submit Reply".
