Tabitha's inside again this winter - she wasn't doing well outdoors. She's by no means a domesticated "pet" cat, but isn't a true feral either. She's somewhere in between there.
She's adjusted fairly well & fairly rapidly. She is quite happy indoors during cold winter, but once it starts to warm up she will be quite insistent to be living outdoors again (once it's warmer she can go back to living outside in the enclosure).

So, here's two tone Tab.

She only has a few front fangs left, so has a sneery face

Gettin' some love on the bed

It's the "rub my tummy" trap!

Her back legs are longer than her front legs, I think she's part rabbit. Boy can she kick like one when she's pissed!

She's a very nice kitty, and for a 10-11 y/o who's lived on her own most of her life outdoors - she has "tamed down" nicely. She's still by no means as comfortable with people as most kitties, but we co-exist together - she crawls up in the bed with me at night. But now vacuuming - that is proving to be a problem as you can see from my carpets.
I have the carrier bated with wet food so I can trap her & move her to another room. So far she's not taking the bait.

Actually - none of them are spay notches (as are typically seen on TNR'ed cats). That is the damage done by frostbite. Up until last spring, I touched Tab maybe 2-4 times/year since she'd been fixed several years prior. She was very much so not a domesticated kitty. In fact, the only reason I caught her last spring was because she was sick (URI). I haven't ever released her since then, she's been in the house recovering, or outside in the enclosure.

I absolutely love her. Its something about her sneery face and missing ear, and of course the fact that she's soo pretty-coloured

She's so pretty!
I love her round face! Polly who lives with my mom is missing some teeth and has the sneer/Elvis lip thing going too.

Aww she's really lucky to have found you. I bet she's happy to be inside for the winter. No kitty should be stuck outside when its cold enough to get frostbite!
