How long will canned cat food keep in fridge?

So I'm thinking about getting the 12.5 oz cans of Wellness for my kitty as its cheaper. But I only have one kitty and once the can is opened, it would take about 3 days to finish off the can as we also feed him dry.

My question is how long does the canned food keep in the fridge? I have one of those canned pet food lids so its sealed up in there, but I don't know if it will still be good on the 3rd day. No point in buying the bigger cans if I just have to throw it out. Won't be saving any money. Thanks in advance!

most will say 5 days.. you may want to pull it out of the can and into a container ( stays better and less worry about can lineing leaching

I started getting a few of the larger cans of Wellness too (have 2 cats to feed). The larger cans usually will get 3-4 servings (if I give raw too, I get an extra 4th serving from the can). So its in the fridge for 3 days.

I just warm it up by putting some hot water on the portion that is in the dish and mixing it up. Be sure to cover it when in the fridge.
