My printer has been dying a slow death for quite awhile and then the ink went as well. I thought this was the perfect time to purchase another. I wound up getting another HP and I hooked everything up myself which was a surprise 
I had the most trouble putting in the ink cartridges but finally everything is working fine.
One feature I really like about this one is you can cancel something you started printing just by clicking on a button at the front of the printer, no need to go into the computer to cancel it. Also you can see just how much ink you have by also checking out the front of the printer, I like these updates. Anyway I will keep the packaging for awhile to make sure everything works well and hopefully I won't have to take it back.
My last HP came with the USB cable but this one did not, the salesman said the old USB cable should work with this new one and he was right so that saved me a few bucks plus I had a $15 coupon from Office Depot so I saved there also. All in all I did well today
