Hello My name is holli i am 26 yrs old i have a husband been married 10 years, we have a 3 yr old daughter lexie and bella is 1

I Had cats in the past while i was young

i am taking her to the humaine soceity and i am going to be her foster to her and her kittens, and im taking her also to the vet i have seen her around here when recent neighbors moved in around 2 months ago, and they moved out without her i seen her earlier in dec outside and she came to my house screaming outside my door! i opened the door i thought it was a cat fight or somthing we have many strays around here! she runs right in and a black cat was trying to chase her i kicked him out of my house and she lays down and starts PURRRING
she is kind and is loveable she let me pet her belly i am thinking she is around 7-8 weeks i feel the little ones in there i felt them even kick and move around but like i said i am not sure until i take her to the humaine soceity she said she will take a look at her and even though i have cancer this little one came to me for help , and i couldnt not turn her away she was a lost little

I am seeing if they can give me a discount for her shots and things since she is a rescue?

I will upload pictures as of now SHE IS BIG she has clear stuff coming out of her nipples and i noticed her fang tooth is broken off :

I do really hope you will get this discount.

This her coming to you in her deep distress, and you accepting her and giving her fully help for her and her coming kittens, although your cancer.

You know about "animal assisted theraphy"? It is not only for oldies, these very shy, and childrens with authism.

It works also against rheumatism and many other aches. A loving cat feels where it hurts on her Ma or Dad, and lies herself on the aching place - and often it does help.

I got help with my rheumatism in my right knee this way.
It is my belief it may also help against cancer.
Lessen the aches, and giving you relaxation if nothing else.

It is thus my belief you both did found each other.

Do ask if you have any questions. Do tell the rest of this story.

Tx for helping this cat,

Good luck!

If you are fostering her on behalf of the Humane Society, then they should provide any vaccinations she needs. More often than not they will spay pregnant females, but it sounds like she is close to her labor so they may not suggest that in this case. But don't be surprised if they suggest doing this.

I've not cared for a pregnant cat for over 45 years so can't begin to tell you who to set up a next for them and other things. Others may come by to give you suggestions on that topic.

Yes, it does sound like the 2 of you found each other!

Hi there Holli!

How wonderful that you and this baby are helping each OTHER!

I also foster pregnant cats for our local shelter, and I do know that they have vets that provide discounts to them and that THEY (the shelter) pays for any medical costs above and beyond, so you may want to check with them to see if they offer anything like that.

I have a pregnant mom currently in our foster room but we think it'll be awhile yet before she has her babies. We've been through this a few times before though, so I'd gladly help with any questions or concerns you might have. Take care!
