Anesthesia Recall

I was given this link to a news story four days ago.

The recalls involve two commonly used injectable veterinary drugs: butorphanol a fast-acting opioid used to control pain from surgical procedures in dogs and cats and the anesthetic agent ketamine.

This is dated January 13, 2010, but in a search I turned up articles and warnings about it in itchmo dated December 22, 2009.

Be sure to bring this up with your vet, if your pet is scheduled for surgery.

My vet already knew and I do not allow Ketamine to be used on sphynx.
It can kill them.
Wrinkles gets altered tomorrow.
