Scared to death!

Someone just tried to get in our back door! I called the cops, but with the manhunt for one of our neighbors that's supposed to be dangerous, I'm totally terrified! Gads, I want out of this place BAD!!!!

Eek! That happened when we first moved to North Carolina. Someone tried to get into the basement door (and my room was down there, and only my room - everyone else lived upstairs!). I barricaded myself in my bedroom. The next morning my mom said she saw a flashlight outside her window and someone try and get into their sliding door upstairs. Scary!

Lock all your windows & doors. Stay away from the windows (you don't want to be seen from outside. ) Can you keep 911 on the phone til the police get there??????

The cops came right out because of the manhunt. Hubby was here, he's the one that saw the doorknob moving. At least we always keep that door locked. Of course it happened when stepson was out walking the dogs so they weren't in the house to alert us.

Surprisingly I slept like a log last night. I didn't think I would, but we went to bed anyway figuring on jumping at any sound, I fell asleep quickly and deeply.

I should hear today about that house. Keeping my hopes up.
