That's why I don't have any plants in the house.
I wouldn't mind having that one though.

It wouldn't have crossed my mind to call it a potted plant, even though 'pot plant' definitely made me think of MJ..but then again, I don't speak english so I don't know about these things.

It really got my attention. It just goes to show us that some terms and words mean an entirely different thing depending on what part of the world you live in.

And fluffy is a real beauty and it looks as if she knows it!!

Maybe it helped by exposing people to my wonderful Persian cats? That's not a bad thing! Oh and wait I only own one Persian - the rest are shorthair monkeys!

Thanks everybody for the comments - Fluffy says she's thinking of something else funny to amuse you all

Goergeous Fluffy monkey! I'm sure it won't be long till she comes up with something else to amuse us.

Oh and the whole "pot/potted plant" thing cracked me up. Definitely an Australasian/Brit term. One day I had to ring a client at work to let them know their dog knocked over a "pot plant" and created a huge mess. Needless to say that message caused some amusement and I learned that it's definitely "potted plant" in Canada unless you want to get someone in trouble!

I'm glad I'm not alone. She hasn't been interested in them much lately but that may be due to the fact she's having kittens in 4 weeks today and she's trying to keep herself tidy.

Thanks Sandy - she's got such personality. My flatmates call her the "vacant" cat!

Thank you - I'm glad you like her. She has a stunning personality to go with her good looks! She was at the vets for major surgery in December and she made friends with everyone at the vets and purred her way through everything!

Here's her 9 1/2 week old daughter "Captivating Sweet About Me"

Yeah her kitten is just a doll - such a personality. She reminds me of one of those kids who is a little shy to start with around strangers but once she gets to know you, you wish she would just sit still. She's a hyper little thing and had a terrible start to life - but she has bounced back big time

Thank you!

Lol what great pics!!! What a cutie!!!! Shadey likes plants as well, but she tends to shred the leaves, and then kill the plants, so if I have any, they will hang!

MG That kitten is just the cutest in the world (Don't tell Shade). I am soooo in L
VE!!

and yeah, I assumed that 'pot plant' was the way non Americans said potted plant. I just call 'em House Plants or Plants! LOL

Great captions too!!
