Cat language

Does anyone know the phrases in cat language to tell the kitties that 9 degrees F is too cold too have the window to their enclosure standing open while they traipse in and out?

Oh, and btw, and southern US accent would help too. Hobo is the one most upset about it, and he's from Georgia.

I seem to have the same problem in convincing Ari that I can't leave the door open so he can birdwatch through the screen door.
