Exercise for those over 45/50 yrs old

This is a great exercise to start the new year.

Stand in a comfortable position with plenty of room on either side of you. Pick up a 5 lb potato bag in each hand and then hold out your arms - try to hold the bag for a minute.

After a few days, switch to a 10 lb bag (same thing - arms out to the sides).

Keep working at it using a 50 lb bag and then 100 lb bag (this is the level I'm currently at).

Now this is very important for the next step!

When you can hold the bags for more then a minute, then drop a potato in each bag
