"Golden Girls" Fans?

Anyone here a fan of "The Golden Girls?"

It's one of my most favourite shows! I've been watching some shows that I had taped and laughed until I was crying during this scene:

I've been a fan of this show since I was little. My grandparent's almost always have it on the TV when a soap opera, the news, or a John Wayne movie isn't on.

Now of course that I'm older it's much funnier.


My fiance hates it though, he says it weirds him out to see "old people" talking about sex.

He will be old with needs someday too...


Oh! I also like other movies that Betty White has acted in, and she also did a segment in Family Guy. I'm not sure if they used any of their voices, but there was also a segment in Robot Chicken that the girls were in.

I watched Golden Girls when it first came on tv (how old does that make me!? ) I've always thought it was a wonderful show.
If I had to say which 'girl' I was most like, it would probably be Dorothy.

The just don't make sitcoms like that anymore! Always one of my favorites. I just love Betty White and her character reminds me so much of my grandmother. Thanks for sharing the clips...I have a feeling I'll be watching YouTube all day.

i always used to watch them , loved them, loved blanche! and the old lady, estelle getty, she was priceless!

Oh I love the Golden Girls - I used to watch all the reruns in the US - they don't have them here so I really enjoyed them when I caught them! I wouldn't know who I like the best - they all are very funny. I do love Betty White in everything she does these days - she is a great comedic actress!!
