And the scans confirmed that our baby is a little girl

See, now I always said if I ever decide to have a kid I want a girl - girl clothes are so much more fun to shop for!

I no longer like the name we'd already had, but I couldn't sleep last night, and thought of another name I like, that DH seems to like as well. I'm sure we'll change our minds a fair bit between now and birth!

Oh most likely!

My daughter and her partner weren't going to even find out the sex of their baby before birth. Thank goodness they changed their minds about that. But they were adamant, even upon a 'little' nagging from Grammy, that they were not revealing the name until birth. That was cool, at least I knew I was having a grandson. They picked out an awesome name for him, and I'm sure you will do the same. Hugs, Sarah...so happy for you!

She is positively beautiful, Sarah! I love that full body shot, you can see everything! That's a real little person in there.

And everything else on the ultrasound looked good? She's healthy and measuring on track and your placenta is fine?? You can tell what my 20 week ultrasound showed.
