Riley and Xander

Look, they're snuggling!

This is as close as they get to it anyways.

I've been telling Riley for 2 days that he's going to get a bath tonight and Doug snapped this picture a few minutes ago, so I guess he's ready. Not sure if Xander wants one too if if he's just there for moral support?

He normally gets a bath every 3-4 months. He injured his tail this summer though so I was waiting for that to heal. His current meds make his fur not so nice either, so now he's just kinda smelly and greasy

He has been though a lot the last few months.
I bet a bath will help him feel better.....
after it's over of course.

I have never bathed Dexter...
not sure I would live though it.

I know!

Riley's meds are making him so grumpy that he won't even play with Xander this week. Poor Xander has been climbing the walls out of boredom

Riley was a good boy in the bath and only got out once to get the floor all wet

He did pout the rest of the evening though, so I didn't take any pictures.
