... is incredible! You may have a lock on the 5000 points already. And I thought I had a long song title with:

"Several Species Of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together In A Cave And Grooving With A Pict" - from Pink Floyd's "Ummagumma" album. (If you can find it somewhere, give it a listen. It's really bizarre.) BR

Actually, I think that there are longer titles out there if you look hard enough. I just think that the Rednex one is so funny. Has anyone ever listened to their hit "Cotton Eye Joe"?

Pink Floyd

P.S. I think that's the correct title...it's been a long time since I listened to that one!

ETA: Oh darn! I just saw this one by Bedweary. Sorry!

Wow!! How can they even fit these on a CD cover?

ETA: Oh darn! I just saw this one by Bedweary. Sorry!
That's O.K. I was waiting for CoolCat to whip out this thread so I could use it.
But you nailed the title. Good memory!

My next pathetic entry...

"Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again" - Bob Dylan, from "Blonde On Blonde"

The splendour of a thousand swords gleaming beneath the blazon of the hyperborean empire - Bal-Sagoth

Or maybe I should just nominate all of Bal-Sagoth's songs, the band is known because of the long titles.
