stuck in a rut and I guess am semi back online. I just finished school and can't find poop for work. I have 4 cats and 2 rabbits...rabbits that I am in shock are still alive as they have been sick since birth. rent..my bf said he would me for Jan...what happens in Feb, he's not willing to take me in or anything like that and though he is a great guy he is not in love with animals (likes mines I suppose do to them growing on him). I live in RI my grandmother and all of my other family has some how ended up in FL, my grandmother wants me to move with her but can only take 3 cats. Possibly a friend could take one, but then the buns and what cat? I only really have 2 friends up here. maybe I'm semi venting....I'm told to stay in the present...this is me being in the present...sigh...

Me? Never... I am on unemployment, and hoping to God it is going to be renewed... Same thing here... One thing is for sure - my pets are my kids, and where ever I am going they are going. There is no me without them. Plain and simple.
If a relative, like my dad wants to take me back to Brasil, for example, it is all or none.
And my argument when they say - oh, but they are not your kids, they are just cats?? I say - well, you should be happy then, they are a whole lot cheaper.
These are my kids. I would not abandon them any more than if they were humans.
Hang in there.... You got to keep the faith!!! Things NEED to get better! Don't give up. Don't give up.

I agree with Carolina.. My furries are MY KIDS and unless I was going to be homeless they go with me or my health gets really bad and I am unable to maintain my stardard of care for them they go with me ... I have a plan in place for either of the hopefully unthinkables where they all would be cared for...

God I am trying to hang in there. I'm not collecting unemployment and have been living off of school loans the past year and the bf helping me feed myself and the furbabes. I finished school in mid nov. I'm just worried me and my animals are gonna end up in the shelter at this rate
. I really need to get out of my apt soon on top of it for my own sanity (lots of strange happenings there).
