A good waste of time?

We send regular email newsletters out at the shelter with updates about adoptable animals, foster requests events etc

Yesterday I spent several hours making videos of some of our long-termers to send out as a plea to get them adopted, well it looks like they wont be needed because they all got adopted

Well that is a good waste of time though! We suddenly have 2 apps on a dog we've had for 8 months now. I'm hoping one or the other comes out looking good.

That's a jinx in reverse... BECAUSE you spent all that time... they got adopted.

Very few of the ones with us have been there more than a few weeks, unless they are special needs so fingers crossed for them but they arent as heartbreaking

It took me a minute to figure out what the waste of time was.
