My husband I work shift work & we haven't worked the same days for about a week. Angus has had a human with him all day every day for the whole time. He's one of those high maintenance kitties and will flat out demand hands on play sessions. Not only that, but our select comfort type bed needed a new air pump so we were camping out in the dining room.

Which he considers his personal playroom.

So then he thought we moved in there so we could all play together. All the time.

All my previous cats would only tolerate human interaction for so long, then they wanted alone time. Not so with Angus. He thrives on it.

How cute is that!
Must have made you feel very well-loved, too!

We have 2 cats who are the same way (love attention for a short time on their terms, then go off on their own), but then Chloe had a litter and now the 2 kittens we kept actively seek attention most of the time.

They're the best cats ever!

So now you're both tired shift workers!
(I know, I shouldn't be laughing. I can't help it!)

Cats - gotta love 'em!
