You know what's cruel?

When you've had a bad night's sleep, and are dying to snuggle up in your bed for a nice mid-afternoon nap with your kitty, only to get to your room and realise that it's covered in washing that didn't *quite* dry in the dryer.

What do I dooooo?!?!!?

I vote for tossing everyting on the couch and having that nap!

Well, in my book, naps take priority. I'd take the damp wash and fling it over any available furniture, take my nap, then deal with it later!

Toss it in the dryer and take that nap!

Use the couch!

I would definately strip the bed before the mattress started to smell like mildew. And then lay on the bare mattress and take a nap.

I'd curl up on the couch!

Is it your bedding or just clothing that's not quite dry? And is DH home? I'd call for him to help!!

DH was at work, it was the clothes that were a bit damp still. I ended up using what energy I had left to drape what I could over every available other surface, pushing the rest to the side of the bed and curling up on the remaining space with the doona. I called Smudgey who came racing up the stairs and curled up with me and we both managed a lovely nap

Aww! Gotta love having kitty company during naps!! Except maybe when they want to jump up on your belly while you are sleeping... But other than that!

I consider it day well done when I get a kitty nap in. My boys love to nap with Mommy and the feeling is mutual!
