Lets not interrupt the thread with the story, my bad, sorry.
The story so far...

Once upon a time in an old barn in the forest, a mother cat had 3 baby kittens. But one was a little different than the others. He had wings!

Poor kitty, felt different and alone because of those awful things on his back.
He did not know what they were or how to use them.
His family could not help him...
they did not have wings.

He was out roaming and found a squirrel, a flying squirrel.
His name was Lucky. Lucky told him of the wonderous things he could do with the things on his back he so hated.
He could glide and soar like a bird in the sky.
The kitten asked Lucky, "You can fly from a tree, can I fly from the ground?"

The flying squirrel replied, "You have wings. I just have folds of skin. You can fly. I can glide. You will soon know the difference, Little One."

But the kitten was a little discouraged. Because of his wings, he couldn't fit through tiny openings like his siblings. And he was really bad at "Hide and Seek" games.

One day while he was out hunting mice with mom he thought he saw something move in the thick brush. He got down on his belly and started to crawl through the tall grass. Just as he was about to pounce, a big black crow appeared right in front of him!

"Sit with me young one" said the crow.
Kitten was very afraid.
"I will tell you about wings"
Kitten was still scared, but sat, and listened to the crow tell his story.
He only interrupted once, to ask the crow for a name.

Suddenly a fearsome yowl shook the ground. Crow jumped in fear, then quickly, before he could tell Kitten his name, flew away. Kitten was left all alone, confused and scared, flapping his baby wings, when ........
