Why is kitten peeing on himself?

I'm waiting for my vet to call me back about this issue but I thought I'd ask here too in the meantime.

I have a 4-months old Siamese kitten that I'm fostering. He has just recovered form a URI that he had for several weeks. Other than that he's been fine. Last night he was laying in the bathroom sink and when I picked him up I noticed that his tail and back legs were wet but the sink was dry. By smelling it I could tell that it was urine. This morning he had a wet tail again, from urine, and my husband said that he was sitting in the tub when he came in to the bathroom (I'm just mentioning that in case it makes a difference). The tub was completely dry though. A few hours later he had a bit of a wet tail again.

What could cause him to pee himself? He seems just fine otherwise. He eats and drinks fine. Could it be UTI? Any input would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Could be. Besides the URI, what's his history? Has he ever been dropped or fallen?

Does he have a neurological problem you're not aware of? Seizures?
