Cat Domination

I have 3 male cats, all neutered. Two of the cats are around 15 lbs each and the third is only 8 lbs. One of the larger cats pins the smaller cat down, straddles him and grabs him by the scruff of the neck. What does this mean and what can I do? He does it mostly at night when we have all gone to bed.

It's called bullying.
You can discourage the aggressor by giving him some "time out".
For a peaceful sleep, just separate them at night.
