It is Christmas Eve EVE!!

I have to wrap my gifts up!

Off to work in a bit...we are working both Christmas eve and New Years Eve until 4pm but we get over time so since we have no plans I am all over that.

We have the basket raffle at work and one of our body shops is bringing lunch in!

Crikey, I forgot you are ahead of us, its only 12.03 in the afternoon 23rd here, so glad I've got one extra day. I am really excited though. x

I am so excited it is almost christmas!!!
I don't have plans for today, just like the rest of my week, I am on break and I have been going to bed at 7 am and sleeping until 5 pm. It is kinda crazy how contrary to whats logical, I post the most on TCS when I am busiest with classes, now that I'm free I am not on here as much. Lately I've been consumed by these intense novels I've been reading, and I have been reading all night, like I haven't slept at all tonight.
Lol anyways, I won't bore TCS friends with my random ramblings, I hope everyone has a fun time getting ready for Chistmas

Tis only the 23rd here too, but far earlier in the morning..... where Trouts Mom and I are from, its just after 7am on the 23rd.

I didn't wake up so well this morning....weird because I actually went to bed at a decent time and slept well.

I have a friend coming over today for a little bit this morning.....

Thats bout it. I did some last minute shopping yesterday, and figured out I don't need anything else. So I'm all ready for the holiday season.

We got some groceries yesterday, so we're safe there.

Might start some wrapping today.... oh and I do have physio at 5

Thats what I get for waiting till Friday to book Christmas week appts..... he had 2 left, today at 5 or 5:30.

Afternoon all

i have finally got round to decorating my lil room that i sleep in its not classed as a bed room as you cant swing a cat round in here (sorry for the phrase)

my mother is walking around singing frosty the snowman and if she doesnt stop im going to ring her neck

shes brill when shes sober so i thank god for small mercies

i just found more presents to wrap up so im going to do that a bit later on

Brrr chilly here today. I haven't managed to feed the boys yet as they've been glued to the window squirrel watching.

They're just obsessed with them.
Not a real busy day today here, I'm cat sitting for a friend so I'll go over and visit her naughty furbabies later on today.

It's really cold outside this morning, about 15 degrees with a brisk wind. Brrrr

Today at work, we're doing our appetizer thing, so we're all planning on doing absolutely nothing but grazing all day long. I won't need dinner tonight. It's our last day of work for the week.

We plan on visiting with my parents and then with my DH's parents for awhile tonight. Then, it's back home to wrap presents.

And Friday is Christmas!! Enjoy!

Morning,

I ended up not doing my laundry yesterday, so I'm going to head over to my parent's house and do it in a bit. My mom is going to make me lunch because she's convinced that I never get enough to eat except at her house.

Not much else planned today. I'm off until Monday, but I'll probably be working from home over the weekend. I'll probably just watch a bit of TV tonight.

Tomorrow we're going to visit my aunt a couple of counties over and eat our Christmas dinner there. Afterward, I'll probably go to the Christmas Eve service at my mom's church.

Morning everyone. I did not sleep much last night because I was getting texts all night from my cousin/best friend's husband because they went to the hospital and she had a baby boy at 6:55 this morning eastern time!

So mega congrats to them, mom and baby are doing great, as well as dad too.

So, another day on my own in the office, I have to do my site inspection at some point, if the mailman comes soon I'll go after that and get it done with. I am finished wrapping presents, so all I have planned for tonight is laundry, unless BF wants to go out since he's off tomorrow. I have to come in to the office but not for very long.

Morning everyone!! Two more days.... I have a whole ton of sewing to get done here... Well, not THAT much, but really... trying to craft a gift for my friend and not having a pattern for it, so I'm 'winging' it (it's a giant butterfly... don't ask).

Plus my Christmas Kitty PJ's. Some of you may remember my Christmas skirt last year, with the field of kitty faces, some wearing Santa hats... well, we got a flannel of that this year. I got enough to make PJ's...

But I also want to make a Santa run out to Petsmart today...

We'll see how much I get done...
