Hiding from my SS!
Last night I bought a bag of Nestle Flipz Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzels.

I wasn't a BIG bag... but it wasn't a SMALL bag either.

I opened it up and was blown away by the awesomeness of these pretzels. I left the open bag beside my computer chair so I could munch.

I munched a few until bedtime. Then I munched a few more this morning while I was on the computer.

Suddenly, I reached for another one and the bag is empty!

REALLY? I ate the whole bag without noticing? But they were chocolate... and soooo good!
And... now I'm not sure if I'm more embarrassed that I ate the WHOLE BAG, or disappointed cause I don't have anymore.

Am I alone?

Unfortunately, yes.
I have done this to many a bag of goodies in my lifetime.

It's truly amazing to see how short a time it takes for me to annihilate a bag of peanut M & Ms. (And kinda embarrassing)

Around 7 years ago I munched my way through a large bag of Reeses Pieces. I ate a least 2/3rds of it before I realized what I'd done. I got very sick from it. It's only been here recently that I can eat anything with peanut butter in it again.

Usually I don't eat a whole bag of anything. I'm either not that hungry or I end up sick - which teaches you a lesson pretty quickly.

I am really bad with things like that so I can't have anything yummy like that in the house

I once ate an entire rubbermaid container of no-bake cookies...

one medium bag of chocolate covered pretzels in 24 hours is nothing!

I sugar binge. I can't keep treats in the house because of this, I cannot eat just one piece of anything. When I am on a sugar binge I eat things like a half gallon of ice cream in one sitting. 6 king sized candy bars in an hour. An entire tin of Christmas cookies, a gift from a friend while reading on the couch. An entire cake.

If I can make it a week without any kind of sugar binge I can go for weeks or months and do fine. But all it takes is that one bite, or that one exposure, and feeling of deprivation, and I am back to it.

I don't care for sugar, candy, chocolate, or sweets in general, but crispy and salty is my weakness.
OMG yes, salt and vinegar chips

I cannot be trusted with a whole bag, not at all. A rare treat, but I have no self control with them!

You share them?!

It is hard not to want them all to yourself - I have to share too
Food should not make me feel this way, they are like some form of crack or something...

You are so not alone. It was two weeks ago when I had a whole bag of those york pieces- I think these are new as well as almond joy pieces. I love mint chocolate so I got the york ones and I ate them all. I like to heat them up in a microwave, same with M&Ms lol..I only heat them for about 20 seconds so that the chocolate turns a little runny inside. Yumm and it wasn't even over a whole day- I started munching on them in the morning and they were done before noon..Such a bad way to skip both breakfast and lunch

I tend to do that with chips!! I try to limit buying them

When I buy them now though, I immediately divy up individual serving sizes into baggies and store them out of sight (in the pantry...out of sight, out of mind!) That way if I crave some...I allow myself to have it (with the correct serving size) without depriving myself, but I also don't eat the entire bag!
