Different though.

This time it was whole pieces of undigested food.

He had just eaten a few moments ago but he didn't scarf anythign down so I don't understand why he threw it all back up...

I'm so worried right now!!!!!

Cody thinks he probably has a hairball like we all thought last time, but we never seen the cat hacking one up, and he's still not attempting to pass anything.

Everything else seems normal litterbox and personality wise...

Any ideas?

Was it just the one time or has it happened before?

I've got nothing to add really except I've been having this issue with Genever since about August and we haven't found a cause/solution yet. It's getting to the point where probably next month or so we're going to bite the bullet and get Genever an ultrasound. Even the switch to ONLY NB Duck & Pea hasn't done much, but she is puking a bit less frequently. Kinda. Sigh.

I hope your baby feels better soon!

Siri scarfed her food down too quickly last night and everything came back up. My solution was to wait a little while then to take a bit of dry food to the living room with me and slowly feed her 2-3 pieces at a time over a period of an hour. Everything stayed down.

If you only have one cat to feed like this and dry is the only problem, you could try this method if your cat has patiences enough for it.

Thanks guys, he just ate again and it seems to be staying down this time.

Maybe it's just one of those weird cat things?

I am sure he's not scarfing his food down or eating too quickly.

Mavis - He's never thrown up food before, the last time it was just clear liquid.

My Billy cat does this sometimes. I was so worried, the vet said he has a sensitive tummy and also it happens when he eats too fast. It has took me a long time to find a food that suits him and touch wood it hasn't happened for a long time. It could just be a hairball or maybe a bit under the weather, if you are worried a trip to the vets may settle your mind. x
