The Solstice is almost here

I, am sad to say, not there in the light to be.
I have tried so hard to be there, but I feel I am not worthy of the sun as he shines on us again.
I canot make my alter to the Sun, I just can't
I feel I will be small and stupid

Laura, the Solstice isn't here yet. It isn't until Monday morning, the celebration being Sunday night?

And even small and stupid, of course you can make an alter to the sun. This is a time to focus on rebirth - on new beginnings.

Whether you feel worthy or not, go through the motions. Focus on the hope, be thankful for the light. I understand that the Yule is a time of awakening to new goals and leaving old regrets behind.

Certainly anyone is worthy of such a celebration.
