Holy Crap!

I just hit the 3 month no smoking mark on Saturday!

I've never made it that far! I don't even WANT one anymore, I never thought the urge would go away. I think at this point, even if someone offered me one I would say no, with no problem at all. I'm really really proud of myself.

My mom quit smoking in May after 30+ years, and I think it was around the 3 month mark where she finally had the confidence to say she 'quit' rather than she was 'quitting'.

That is awesome! You should be soooo proud of yourself, and don't look back! If you haven't already, you are going to start noticing physical changes, good ones! I quit 4 years ago January and within the first year I realized how much it was hurting me, better yet I was hurting myself . My migraines decreased majorly, my skin cleared up, my severe psoriasis went away, and all the other benefits!
There may be the challenge of stressed out or having a drink with a friend, the situations where it may pop in your head "I want a ........". Just remember you don't need it and you will like yourself more if you resist....
