A lady that comes to see my hubby's band had a Christmas Open House today for her neighbours (one of whom is the guitar player and lead singer) so she invited the rest of the band including us. Shortly after we arrived this gentlemen introduced himself to me and said he had heard I was a cat lover and that he and his wife had 2 Himalayans - a flame point male and a tortie(?) female, Oliver and Emma.

Ollie, as he is called is very much food driven so they have taught him tricks which he performed beautifully for me because of course I had to go visit their house to meet these gorgeous creatures. Ollie sits, lays down and stands up on his hind feet and begs for treats. I've told them about this wonderful site and hopefully they will join the rest of us cat lovers.

Oooh I want pcitures! I hope they do join. So nice of them to invite you, but I think they probably relished the opportunity to show of their cat to an appreciative audience.

Seriously, she and I left the party to go to their house to see their cats. They have a whole photo album half full of pictures of them which she brought out to show me and the husband is totally smitten with these cats. He brushes them every day. They are obviously spoiled silly. I love it!
