My exam is in an hour or so...please wish me luck!!!

My office Christmas party is tonight too so I have alot of things to look forward to after the exam. Relaxing tomorrow...my brain hurts!

Hopefully the tree will be up tonight. I have been waiting for Mom to do her thing upstairs first but it looks like she is skipping it. I finally got the basement decorated yesterday and stuff put away that's been sitting in the hallway for months. We have this closet as you come down the stairs that goes under the front steps. There is so much junk in there you can't get past the sliding doors. Anyway we go in there 4x's a year and it took most of the day to move stuff to get the junk in there. LoL I really hate the layout of these closest but at least there is storage space.

Sunday we have a birthday party but it sounds like we won't make it due to the weather. It's over an hour away and we don't want to travel with our son in horrible conditions.

I'm getting ready to head off to work in a bit. Tre is sitting on my lap as usual. I would have left already, but the Linux server where I run simulations has been crazy busy for the last couple of weeks. Since most computer geeks tend to be the stay up late / get up late type, I decided to log in from home and see if I can find some free processors before they drag into work this morning.

I'm going to try to have lunch with a couple of friends I haven't seen in a while. After work, I'll swing by the gym before I head home. I'll probably just watch a little TV tonight. I picked up the Adult Swim boxed set on DVD, so I might watch a little of that. Hope everybody has a great day.

I am up so early today, even though I don't have anything to be up for, the semester is over

Today I have to change the oil in my car and take it for an emissions test. Then I will go to the mall with a friend who wanted me to come but I will not buy anything, unfortunately. I will probably read a novel or paint throughout the day too

Good morning everybody!

It's a chilly 18 degree day here in Michigan.

Woke up early this morning and snuggled in the light of the christmas tree for a while just being lazy, then ate some breakfast.

I have plans to go see my mommy today because I miss her and we haven't visted in a few weeks now. I get to see my brother with his new glasses and possibly get my hair cut today!!

I'm rather stiff and sore from my fall yesterday, but it will be fine.

It was 16 cold and windy degrees this morning when I left for work. The sun is shining and it's really pretty outside. Hopefully I'll get my walk in today.

Doing some Christmas shopping tonight and tomorrow. And then we're to attend an Open House with some friends on Sunday. That should be fun.

Well, today is my last day down in the Akron office

I start up in Cleveland on Monday (job transfer) not sure of my feelings on this yet

packed up my desk already so I can get it shipped up to the office rather than me lugging it around

Might be going to lunch with a friend who lives right near this office- probably last chance we'll get to do that

Tonight I'm having dinner and going shopping with my sister, I really hope that she is ready when I get to my parent's house, we've had issues with her wasting my time before

There's a chance of snow today and tomorrow - I love snow! Tomorrow's my birthday and I've never had a "white birthday" so I'm pretty excited.

We have a party to go to tonight, another tomorrow night, and 3 next week so there's lots of fun ahead. We're putting up the Christmas tree tomorrow, too.

I feel so hopeful today and so happy!

It's supposed to possibly rain here today and probably rain tomorrow. I really really want to get the tree up tonight since we didn't do it the past few days when I wanted to. However, BF is probably meeting some people for happy hour after work (i'm not sure if i want to go yet), and if that happens then the tree probably won't happen. Grr. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

One thing we might do today though is book a spontaneous trip to Denver for the Broncos-Raiders game next weekend... there's a package deal that includes hotel and tickets.. could be an early xmas or birthday present for me! I'm still deciding whether i really want to go yet or not. BF wants to go, I don't know why I'm hesitant. I'll figure it out in the next few hours...

Hope your exam went ok! It is rainy today here. I was going to go to the DMV to renew my driver's license (I forgot it expires today!) but looked online and found out they are closed today!!!! I will have to find some time next week to go down there. I just wish I hadn't forgotten. I might try to go down tomorrow and hope they are open. Sometimes they are, but I am not going to hold my breath!
