Philly has enlarged Liver

his liver has enlarged bigger in one week the dr said there is no sign of cancer
NO failing liver just ENLARGED LIVER
he is on meds has anyone else been in this situation with their older cat?
if yes did it get better?
Philly is 18 and is in pain, nothing has been shutdown in his system.

If he is 18 and in pain that is unacceptable. No kitty should be in pain. What does he have? IMO I would ask more questions.

On second thought I would get a second opinion. He is your baby and depends on you to keep him well.

I second a second opnion... I have an enlarged liver ( I refuse to do anything other than blood work) and YES I feel pressure but not pain...
