Can it really be three years? Sometimes it seems like decades since I last held her and then other times the grief is as fresh as if she had crossed the bridge yesterday.

I'm wearing the locket with her fur and will light a candle for her tonight.

I still miss her so very much. Not a day goes by that I don't think about her and wish I could hold her just one more time.

I love you Alley, now and forever.

That powerful thread of love, embedded deep into our souls, can never be broken Paula.

Forever in your heart...

Thanks everyone

It does seem like it couldn't possibly be three years already. Today is especially hard with my worry about Riley's health.

Those memories can be hard on our hearts sometimes.

Take comfort that she knew she was loved and still is. Nothing has changed except location and love bridges that gap between us and our little ones.

God bless you and your precious
Alley.

I know the feeling - Spooky's been gone 4 yrs now and we just lost our Charlie Boy 2 weeks ago. The weird thing was that in both cases, we got the cats buried just before it snowed where we couldn't have gotten them buried.
