What county is this? 10.000 points!!

Here is a photo of my BIL (white shirt), DW holding purse, SIL (in red) my other SIL (blond whose country we are getting ready to go to) and one of my many nephews scattered all over the world. No clues for this one other than the reminder that I never use the same country more than once.

Wild wild guess here:

Ireland? It looks very green in the background, like some photos a friend of mine took when she went to Ireland.

That is what I was going to guess but since it is taken, I will guess Austria

I had three countries in mind, but had to go back through previous posts to see if any of them had been used before. Only one had, but by the time I got back to this thread the other two had already been guessed. Oh well, if none of them are right I'll have to do some more thinking.

Switzerland has been guessed every week for the several months we had had this contest. Well, Switzerland is finally right!

This time I picked a picture of what I considered to have only one clue, and that is the style of the chalet on the left. After I posted the thread, I thought: OMG, all anybody has to do is look at the licence plate. But using Photoshop I still could not detect it.

Yes, you see homes like this in Germany and Austria but there is a certain amount of luck in winning these games

I guess you missed that question when I featured it on KatKwiz.

Simply click on Search on the tool bar above, and click on advanced search. Then simply type in What country is this? and submit your search. You will immediataly be given a list of every one I have done so far.

Wow! I can't believe I won! I have been to Switzerland, but didn't get off the plane, so I don't think it counts.

It looked like the many houses I saw in Switzerland when I was there (and I was there, or just across the border in France, for a whole school year).

Hey, Lee, if you haven't done it before, the next time you get to Geneva, go to Les Armures. Get fondue and raclette.

LOL Yeah, I remembered that AFTER I posted. I have a list going now. It is hard for me to participate in these because of my work schedule. Normally it has already been answered before I get home and it posted after I leave. I am off today, so I was able to participate.
