New house-- previous owner had 2 cats-- how to remove their scent?

Hi,
We're likely buying a house and the sellers have 2 cats. The house has all hard surface floors except for the basement that is carpeted. We don't plan on painting or replacing the carpet right away, so I'm wondering how to get rid of the current cats scent so Libby won't freak out. (She's 15 months old and has been living with us for 9 months). The house doesn't smell like cats but I know Libby will pick up their scent.

I'm going to buy some Feliway and am wondering if I should wash the floors/walls down with diluted Nature's Miracle?

Does anyone have any tips?

Thanks.

I'd go with Nok Out. That's what we did when we moved. Nature's Miracle may do it, but we've had better success (with actual cat pee problems) with Nok-Out. But yes, I think that's the best idea. Here's the link directly to the home restoration page of the site - but it's the same product http://www.nokout.com/disinfecta/homerestor/
