Feral Housing

I make these houses for Animal Friends Foundation in southern New Jersey. I adapted the idea from one Alley Cat Allies uses but added the pipe for the entryway. I've made and distributed 103 so far but will probably have to stop soon (my arthritis kicked in and I have to have surgery on one hand). If I heal OK, I'll begin again in the spring but I just wanted to share. I have instructions if anyone wants them.

WOW! No wonder your arthritis is kicking in! But GREAT job!

Are they the kind with the container-in-the-container with insulation inbetween?

Yes. I put a flat sheet of styrofoam on the bottom, then use styrofoam nuggies for the wall insulation and spray foam to hold the tube in place. a piece of flat styrofoam on the top and they are snug and warm.
