vet inject medicim on my cats and it comes out of the eyes, anyone knows why?

hi, my cat is really quiet and not eating at all, just meowing all day,took him to the vet and he tried to inject medicine on the cat but said it comes out of the eyes and he doesn't know why,anyone knows the reason? thanks

I would go to another vet... Not to sure about that medicine. How long has the cat not been eating? It's urgent when a cat won't eat.

I have never heard of medicine coming out of the eyes. That is very weird and I have no clue how that could happen. Where did he inject the medicine and what kind of medicine was it? Are you sure that the vet explained it correctly to you? Maybe the kitty just got runny eyes from an allergic reaction.
I'd take him to a different vet. It's very important that he gets treated ASAP. He sounds like he's very sick.
