A bit late, but hi!

Hi, i have only just seen this section on this site. i joined by chance googling FIP, about 3 weeks ago when Jesse was thought to have FIP. i was desperate for advice and help and i really was and am amazed at how lovely, kind and helpful people have been on this site. Sadly she had FIP(i had never even heard about this disease till the 8 november) and passed away on monday, 2 days past her 6month birthday.She is so sorely missed by me and my family.

I have another wonderful cat, Josie who is 5 this year, she is ginger and white and too beautiful for words. i have two dogs, boxer and jack russell, 3 birds and 4 and a half fishes. i always thought i was a dog lover but that was before i got Josie and then i was hooked on cats and their beautiful loving natures.

i live in Cape Town with my two children and husband(child number 3!)

Welcome Troant! What is a 1/2 fish? I read about little Jesse. So sad.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss...and at such a young age.

You certainly do have a "full fur life" and I'm glad they're in your family to help you through this.

thank you everyone! Farley, the one fish is tiny, much smaller than the rest.so i refer to it as the half, ha ha.xx
