Good Morning!

It's a bright and sunny, but cold morning here.

Here's today's Question Of The Day....

When was the last time you ran and what were you running to or from?

I was on call last weekend, and I ran from the O.R. to the Recovery Room with the crash cart! (The patient is doing fine now!)

The answer is lost in antiquity but it might be back in high school PE. Otherwise I just walk very fast.

The last time I ran was when my grandson was chasing me trying to give me his germs. He had just got over H1N1. Being only 5, he thought it was great fun. But I was serious!

I would run if something was chasing me, but otherwise....

a bit of background for you can understand....

My work schedule is broke,...8:00 to 12:00 noon & 4:00 to 8:00 pm...
during the middle lapse between 2 horarys I´ll come back to home for lunch and prepar my self to come back again...
...always I take the stuffs with calm and regularly go out to home around 3:30 pm...
answer your question my friend...

I was lying on my hammock yesterday pacefully when DW call me and needs my help with the Scanner, so I have literally to run to take a bath, comb my hair, feed the cats, take the bus and arrive to DW work place!....

I have an awkward jog hobble that I do because of my back (if I try to move faster I risk falling over) and SI joint - does that count?

The last time I did that was when I was goofing around with DH, I can't remember what I was playing keep away with.
And before that it was because I heard the unhappy yowl-cries of a vomiting kitten.

Actual real running would probably be pre 2006.

Does running upstairs to get the cat carrier, grabbing and shoving Kiwi into it, and running to the garage to get in the truck and go to the vet count???

Ummmmm, aside from that I'd say in the summer when playing some soccer with my daughters.

I've been running on the treadmill lately when I go to the gym, so I guess Monday at lunch when I went to the gym. As far as running to or from somewhere, that pretty much never happens. I tried running from my office to the car after work a few times since I usually wear running shoes, but it was too awkward with my bags bouncing around and I gave up after just a few steps.

Hmm, probably mid-October. My friend and I ran 2 miles during our lunch break.

I can only imagine what that sound does to you.

Ahhh...ummm... the mental image I got from reading, I really could've done without!

well done!

I don't run, never have been able to run very far. I'm a big walker though. I often take the doggies out off leash in the forest and have to run a bit to keep up with them.

This question is really makes me sad because I can't remember the last time I was able to actually run.

These days I don't know if I could if I had to.

I guess this is another one of those things that you take for granted and don't miss until you realize that you can't do it anymore.

There's no place like home
It was either running in the back yard with our dogs or running to my car from the mall in a huge down pour of rain. Either way it's been a few months. I've got bad knees.
