Today the weather's great here so Molly and I spent a lot of time outside, Molly on her harness. She loves it, but she still walks like this:

First, Molly cuddling with Polly

And both of them cuddling with Lucy, one of my dogs. They're all in a tangle.

Okay, here are our outdoor pics for today

Sunbathing

An example of why I call Molly "Ms. Serene Highness."

Standing over her kingdom:

How awesome is that! The only way to harness train a kitty is for them to leash train the human! She looks like she is so enjoying her walk! I live in Manhattan and there is a gentlemen a few blocks from me who harness walks his cat on the sidewalks! Well actually the kitty is the guide. Where the kitty wants to go, he follows!

Thanks!
Yup, walking a dog on a leash and a cat on a leash are two very different things
I love it though.

Great pics, thanks for sharing. I have been thinking of introducing Blossom to a harness. Do you find that it stays on ok? and have you tried different ones?

Is that close to your house?
Awesome pictures!!! She really looks like she is enjoying it!
The leash though... Is that a bit too heavy for the harness?

This is the first one I tried and it's great. I just took measurements of Molly and went shopping for a harness that was best suited for her proportions. It stays on perfect.

Thank you! Yes, it's right in my front yard, at a maximum of just 8 or so feet from the door. Yeah, the leash is a bit too heavy for her. I couldn't find the one I designated for walking Molly so I just used the dog leash and did my best to carry it in a way that didn't put strain on Molly or her harness.

Awww, Molly snuggling Polly.
Molly looks so cute walking outside!!! I love Molly and Polly, but it seems strange because they are so much lighter than Bamf.
He is dark all over his back and belly now! It must be that you are in Arizona, and I am in Northern Indiana. I wonder if my kitties would get lighter if I moved to a warm climate. Probably!

Thank you! I think she's pretty special, too.

Zorana- Polly actually has gotten a lot darker, especially along her back. Those pictures with Polly in it don't show it so well because of the flash and the editing of color and shade I had to do to make them look semi-decent
) Molly's darkened too but it's hard to tell unless you knew her as a kitten. Then she was almost white with very slight markings (I thought she might be lilacpoint instead of bluepoint for a while)
By the way, I once again demand Pixel and Bamf. I can never get enough of the Meezers.

Does anyone here ever get confused about who I'm talking about (Molly or Polly) because of the rhyming and similar names?
