If so, I have a question.

Which meats have fiber? Does meat even have fiber?

I'm a fiber fanantic

I believe sharky has had education in that area - hence why she understands so much about nutrition period.

But I can answer your question. NO meat or any animal product contains any fiber, no matter how tough it may seem.

You got to eat plant products for that.
Sweet potatoes and squash are very tasty and healthy vegetables that have a lot of fiber.

Ironically I was just thinking about fiber myself (having no gallbladder has seriously messed me up).
Trying to remember the exact spelling for the name of the pills Snake_Lady suggested in a past thread.

The ones I take are psyllium fibre pills..... no mixing into water, just take the pills.

If that's what you meant
No brand, well, they are my drugstores brand.
