Tomorrow we're taking Jeeves, our little foster, back to the shelter. He's healthy (clean fecal test and eye cleared up), neutered, and ready for a forever home.
But he's been a joy to have around. Enthusiastic, friendly, gentle, and a hoot to watch. Had to turn off the TV; he's better than shark week anytime!
If we didn't already have three, we'd adopt him ourselves. And we won't let him be put to sleep; we'll take him back if it comes to that.
The day he came home, scared, skinny, with coccidia and a weepy eye:

And how he looks now:

Its sad that he has to leave, but you and Dottie are wonderful people for taking him in to get him healthy. I can only hope that he finds a forever home as loving as yours. He's a beautiful boy, and certainly looks happy in that last pic.
