While we are open over Christmas, we never allow adoptions over the few days leading up to Christmas in an effort to ensure they are not going home as gifts, particularly last minute gifts.
Our Christmas open house is on Dec 19th and that will likely be the last day we allow animals to go home until the 27th when we reopen (the 26th is a holiday here)
I am looking for cute ideas to give to the people who are putting the animals on hold to pick up after Christmas
I was thinking a stuffed/beanie cat or dog with a card attached with the animals picture and a note saying they are coming home soon but am stuck for ideas for the note and am open to completely different ideas.
