ok she is not throwing up or show signs of being sick at all.She has always had bad breath ever scince she was a baby cat. They thought she had feline aids and made me go through lots of tests but negative.I checked her teeth and dont see any buildup.I dont know what to do we really dont have the money to bring her to the vet.We can barley pay our bills but if something happened to her i would kill myself my wife and me are already fighting because she says I worry to much what can I do any suggestions would help Thanks

You likely need to have a vet check her out ...

but simple question : what does she eat ? type and brand and flavors

that is likely part of the problem... See MOST grocery brands are filled with corn , artificial colors and flavors and other grains ... these are harder to digest or are not digestable at all and can cause this ...

purified water is a great thing

have you ever tried wet food ? Premium dry food ?
Do you have a pet store near by ?

Dry food has never been proven to be better for teeth. I think wet is better. Mine eat 100% wet and their litter box doesn't smell any different than when they used to eat dry.

here is a funny thought... which stick s more to your teeth : popcorn or an apple ?

wet food is better , one it sticks less to the teeth and two gives the Moisture of natural prey

Yes some cats poop smells more on canned do to higher bacteria leaving the body
